With Halloween approaching I decided to try some "festive" edits. Overall I tried to stick with purples, oranges, and greens. A nice triad. I also came back to sticking with the original image without all the fancy manipulations. Sometimes it's good to revisit the original in a new light with new perspective. I concluded this week with an homage to the jack-o'-lantern. Check out the rest of week 14 here.
This puts me at 98 edits now. It's almost hard to believe that I've created nearly 100 different versions of the same image. Almost. There have been instances along the way where I've had to decide on one chain of events over another. That's when the theory of infinite possibilities comes to the forefront. I still have 265 more edits to go, 265 more opportunities to see if there is an infinite number of ways to see the same image.
I'm toying with the idea of creating a book from this series. Should it be a 365 compilation documenting the entire series, or should it be a selection of the "best" images from the series? Send me your thoughts. I'd love to hear from you. I also plan on having limited edition postcards in bundles of 7, so a bundle for each week. If you're interested in purchasing a bundle from a specific week then send me a note.
